Change of mind

If you decide you want to return your item/s, you must let us know in writing/email within 14 days of receiving the goods.  You then have another 14 days from the date you notified us to send the item back.  

Return items to us via CollectPlus  

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in its original packaging, unopened/unused and in a re-saleable condition. Along with the returned goods you must provide your receipt/proof of purchase, stating the reason for returning the goods.

Please be aware that due to EU hygiene regulations we cannot offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items returned in non-saleable condition.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-­refundable.

Damaged goods

We do our best to deliver your items in perfect condition, however if you receive goods that have been damaged then please let us know as soon as possible via our .


Once you have sent the parcel to us, please visit our Returns Centre and complete the information requested, including the reason for the return and the parcel tracking number.  

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Should the refund be approved, return postage costs will also be reimbursed (customer must have proof of postage).  Refunds will be processed within 5 working days, and receipt of funds after this will depend on your card / payment provider.  You will be notified by email when the refund has been processed.
